TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING A READING

Please read these terms carefully before booking a reading or service. By making a booking and payment, you agree to these terms.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Payment must be made by bank transfer to secure your appointment or email reading. Until payment has been received, your booking is not secured or confirmed.

Please check that the appointment date, time and reading type are correct when your booking is confirmed.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

• Cancellation at least 7 full days before the appointment: 100% refund.

• Cancellation between 72 hours and fewer than 7 full days before the appointment: 50% refund.

• Cancellation less than 72 hours before the appointment: no refund.

A missed or forgotten appointment is treated in the same way as a cancellation made less than 72 hours beforehand and is not refundable.

Please email info@charthepsychic.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to cancel or request a change. Any agreed rescheduling is subject to availability.

Nothing in this cancellation policy affects any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law. Where the law gives you a right to cancel, that right takes priority over the timeframes above.

THE READING SERVICE

You are booking a private 30-minute or 60-minute one-to-one oracle card reading, or an email oracle card reading, according to the service confirmed at booking.

Live readings may take place in person, by Zoom, WhatsApp Video or Messenger Video. Every reading begins with oracle cards. Spirit may come through naturally during a reading, but this is not promised or guaranteed.

Readings provide personal guidance and reflection. They do not guarantee particular outcomes, and everyone retains their own free will and responsibility for their decisions.

Readings do not cover pregnancy, medical or health matters, legal matters or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Readings and services are available only to clients aged 18 or over.

PRIVACY, NOTES AND RECORDINGS

Your reading is private when it is conducted. You may take written notes for your own personal use.

Audio, video, screen or other recordings are not permitted unless Char has given prior written agreement. This protects the privacy of everyone involved.

Personal information such as your name, age and contact details is used only to manage your booking, deliver the service, communicate with you and maintain appropriate business records. It will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing, and it will not be shared with third parties unless this is necessary to provide the service or required by law.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Please attend your appointment on time and ensure that you have a suitable private space and a reliable internet connection for online readings. Time lost because a client arrives late may not be added to the end of the appointment.

Abusive, threatening or seriously disruptive behaviour will not be accepted. A reading may be ended if necessary, and a refund may not be available where these terms have been seriously breached.
